    Each property and Format still requires its own review and approval; no location, fit or opening is promised.

  2. COMMUNITY

    CONTRIBUTION

    You can contribute operating capability, specialist delivery, local knowledge or community through your independent relationship.

    BOUNDARY

    Membership creates neither a customer relationship nor marketing consent and grants no supplier work.

  3. TECHNOLOGY

    CONTRIBUTION

    You can contribute technology through a separately approved relationship. Shared infrastructure connects your structured records, released views and continuity across the CRAYS relationships you choose.

    BOUNDARY

    Nostr may support portable identity and chosen relationship signals; CRAYS Core permissions, explicit consent, suppression and organization, location and Venture scope remain authoritative.

  4. GOVERNANCE

    CONTRIBUTION

    The Association is intended to govern shared brand and community infrastructure and a cost-efficient support path for Franchise Partner marketing.

    BOUNDARY

    Each campaign, customer relationship and permission remains separate. Membership grants no Franchise, brand-use, voting, token, tax, legal-class or Portal right.

  5. CAPITAL

    CONTRIBUTION

    Funding and investment relationships remain separately scoped and independently decided.

    BOUNDARY

    Association membership grants no offer, capital access, funding, investment approval or return.

Association membership does not submit a property, register Franchise interest, qualify a Funding Partner, create an Investor or Vendor relationship, or authorize Portal records.

Each CRAYS.pro path starts separately and keeps its own review, agreement and access scope. Property and Franchise actions stay on CRAYS.pro; Association membership continues at crays.org.
