CRAYS Retail is a distinct Venture in format definition. Its public space and equity indicators establish an orientation point; the assortment, operating model, customer experience and economics are not yet released.
Starting with 100 m² and own capital from €25K are public orientation indicators only. They are not total investment, sufficient funding, property approval, Franchise award, return or opening guarantees. Final requirements depend on a released Retail Format, the reviewed property and the applicable Deal Package.

The final Retail Candidate profile, experience threshold, staffing model, training requirement and operating qualification remain TBD until the Retail Format is released. A prospective Candidate may explore publicly released CRAYS opportunities. Where the governed Candidate journey is released, registration records interest only; it grants no Franchise, Deal access, funding, territory or opening.

The Retail customer destination and domain remain TBD. CRAYS.pro must not publish a guessed Retail URL, create an interim standalone destination or send visitors to another Venture as a fallback.

CRAYS Retail is approved for direct creation inside the later common CRAYS platform/experience application target led by CRAYS.pro. This is a target disposition, not a current Retail customer site, deployed application, live domain or completed production state. Exact project, route delivery, identity and cutover remain governed by later tasks and approvals.
