CRAYS Franchise / Accessibility

Accessibility

CRAYS.pro is being designed so public Franchise information and the critical relationship journeys can be understood and operated across devices and assistive technologies.

Conformance not yet claimed

This preview records the design target and known limits. Full conformance is not claimed before the dedicated final accessibility audit supports it.

01

Our target

Critical public, identity and relationship journeys target WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles, including keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful structure, named controls, readable contrast, text resizing, responsive reflow and useful error handling.

02

Current design approach

The CRAYS.pro public surfaces use semantic landmarks and heading order, visible keyboard focus, labelled links and controls, responsive layouts and text-first alternatives for essential information. Decorative imagery is not intended to carry the only copy of a decision-critical fact.

03

Known limitations

Scope boundary

The public frontend, Shared Login transition and authenticated Portal/workspace surfaces are still being completed and tested. Complex tables, charts, calendars, uploaded documents and third-party authentication surfaces may require additional remediation or provider-specific review.

04

Accessible alternatives

Scope boundary

If a public page or control blocks the task, use the Contact route to request the same public information or a practical alternative. Private records still require the correct account, relationship and server-authorised scope; accessibility support never bypasses those protections.

05

Report a barrier

Use the Privacy, security or accessibility Contact purpose. Include the page URL, the action you were trying to complete, the barrier, device or browser and assistive technology where useful. Do not include credentials, recovery material, private keys or private Deal or Property evidence.

06

Response and remediation

Scope boundary

A report should be reviewed by impact and urgency, with an accessible alternative offered where reasonably possible and the defect routed for remediation. This is the intended handling model, not a guaranteed response time.

07

Venture and physical access

Scope boundary

This statement covers the future CRAYS.pro Franchise, B2B, Shared Login and stakeholder surfaces. Physical-access information and customer-service alternatives for Coffee, Retail, Gym or Clubs belong to the relevant venture and location after verification; CRAYS.pro does not invent them.

08

Audit status

Confirmation required

FINAL CONFORMANCE STATUS — DEDICATED ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT PENDING. Any future release statement must reflect the completed audit evidence and every unresolved defect. Until then, this page describes a design target rather than confirmed conformance.
