CRAYS Gym is the performance-space Venture inside CRAYS Franchise. Its operating proposition connects a training-led member experience with membership, booking, access and Gym operations. Technology supports the workflows released for the Gym Format; it does not replace the operator or prove property, Candidate or commercial fit.
Starting with 500 m² and own capital from €50K are public orientation indicators only. They are not total investment, sufficient funding, property approval, Franchise award, return or opening guarantees. Final requirements depend on the released Gym Format, the reviewed property and the applicable Deal Package.

Technology and governed workflows support that rhythm only where they are released for the applicable Gym Format; capability maturity and site requirements remain release- and Format-specific.

03Which technical services, building constraints, permissions and planning route apply to the intended Gym Format?
04Does the complete reviewed evidence support the intended released Gym Format, and what remains unresolved before any Deal Package can be prepared?
Area alone never determines Gym fit. A property introduction records an opportunity for review; it does not approve a Format, Deal, lease, funding or opening.
